Positive: Booking this place for our Xmas break in Paris was a great decision! Really superb apartment, providing all the comfort and privacy we were looking for. Even more importantly: the thoughtful details and character made us feel Parisians for a week, with a home cinema as an additional treat! Great location away from the masses, next to the Gare du Nord / métro with boulangerie and supermarket close by (and (pre-bookable) parking Labroisière literally in front of the house, so very convenient). Ample choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance or just two or three métro stops away.
Negative: Absolutely nothing, impossible to not love this place!
Summary: Easily beats any hotel in terms of comfort, charm and homely feeling!

Positive: The location was close to the metro and the apartment was more generous in size than we expected. It was also really well appointed and very homey which means it was a pleasure to come back after a big day of sight seeing. The decor was beautiful.
Negative: The bed was little too soft.
Summary: We loved this apartment. The pictures don't do it justice.

Positive: Immaculate, beautiful, comfortable, spacious - really, what more could you hope for??? I suppose that the location were a bit more central, but then it would cost too much! We loved our week here & felt very lucky indeed. This apartment is an easy walk to the subway or a very pleasant stroll to the center of Paris. We really enjoyed the corner cafe, where we felt like actual Parisians rather than tourists. Stay here if you can snag an opening!!
